Resurrecting the Dead

Thirteen dead female artists resurrected on All Saints Day at the St. John’s Renaissance Center, Louisville, KY. Invited artists included Gwen Kelly, Mary Yates (Vivid Black), Stephanie M. Clark, Ardis Moonlight, Holly Morgan, Tara Remington, and musician Warren Ray. Artist resurrected included Hildegard of Bingen, Rosa Bonheur, Edmonia Lewis, Lee Miller, Georgia O’Keeffe, Sonia Delanney, Bessie harvey, Eva Hess, Hannah Hoch, Kathe Kolwitz, and Suzanne Valadon.
